De Andre is a dedicated and loyal son, uncle, and brother who places family,
community, and personal growth first. De Andre joined Northwest Financial Group,
LLC team, in February 2025. He brings to the table a diverse and dynamic background
in management, finance, hospitality, teaching, and coaching.

De Andre hails from California. Where he earned an AA in Business Administration and
a minor in Prelaw from Chaffey College. After graduating from Chaffey College, he took
on an internship at a local law firm while working in two jobs hospitality. With the
desire to further his education, De Andre continued his academic career at OSU. This is
where he gained exposure to the lovely community that is Corvallis, Oregon. A town that
reminded him a lot of Claremont and afforded him the support and sense of community
that he desired. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from OSU.
Post grad De Andre gave back to himself and the youth of Oregon by touring the state
teaching science at an Outdoor School. A beautiful opportunity that granted him the
privilege of teaching and traveling around the beautiful state of Oregon.

With a dynamic background and hunger for education, De Andre personifies loyalty and
dedication to a personal narrative of success, family, passion, community, education,
and personal growth. De Andre’s commitment to his merit and excellence will place him
