Outside the office, Austin remains active through coaching, community involvement, and spending time with his fiancée, their dog, and their cat. He enjoys strategy games for their complexity and the need to adapt plans quickly, an interest that reflects his appreciation for thoughtful planning and flexibility. He values hard work, lifelong learning, and hopes one day to visit Japan, whose culture and history he greatly admires.
